As a Tech Lead, you will design the solution's architecture,
manage the delivery team and ensure they follow all the best procedures and
practices. Also, you will be responsible for the overall project quality. We
expect you to be a reference to your team, supporting their work and growth in
order to deliver state-of-the-art applications in one of our projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Degree in computer science or similar
+ Strong experience in web and mobile application development and delivery
procedures
+ Master architectural design and development best practices
+ Experience with Agile methodologies
+ Fluency in English, written and spoken
+ Ability to think-out-of-the-box
+ Capacity to remove impediments improving team performance
Nice to have:
+ Project experience with the OutSystems platform
+ Scrum certification
