Conexall recruits telemarketers (M/F) – Açores

We are looking for a person with a commercial vocation for our young team in a Full-Time basis.

Profile: • Customer oriented
• Self-motivated
• Persuasion/Argumentation skills
• Self-control of emotions

Main Responsibilities:
• Telemarketing calls to current customers of the company with the aim of promoting the acquisition of maintenance contracts
• Telemarketing calls to potential customers aiming for Connexall Demonstrations appointments
• Report, where appropriate, opinions, criticisms and suggestions from customers about the company and the product

Mandatory Requirements:
• Fluent in English and/or French and/or German
• High School or equivalent
• Good diction

Preferred requirements:
• Training/Skills in Networks area, Informatics and / or Telecommunications
• Training in Customer Service and/or Sales
• Previous experience in Telemarketing/Call Center/Customer Service

Formação Gratuita Conexall – Ponta Delgada

A GlobeStar Systems irá lançar o primeiro curso Connexall Academy - Azores, que tem como objetivo a certificação a maiores de 18 anos, de forma a proporcionar aos formandos a elevação dos seus níveis de qualificação, garantindo-lhes o acesso a módulos de formação de curta duração, com vista à obtenção de uma qualificação correspondente a uma saída profissional específica na empresa da GlobeStar Systems.

Para além das competências adquiridas ao nível do software Connexall em si, os formandos ficarão ainda habilitados com noções gerais sobre informática, eletrónica, e outros softwares com os quais a Connexall se integra, no ramo das telecomunicações e de equipamentos na área da saúde.
